Shipping / delivery time:
Delivery time: All stock items 1 - 2 days from order

Exchange / returns:
The customer has the right, within a period of 10 days from receipt of the order, to revoke the conclusion of the contract without giving reasons, to exchange the goods or to return the order in full.
The customer bears the costs of the return. The delivered goods are to be returned undamaged, unused and clean, functional, complete and in perfect original packaging. Non compliant returns will not be accepted and will be returned.
If the customer has returned the goods on time and properly, he will receive a new invoice or credit note from Innovum Handels GmbH. If the invoice has already been paid, the customer's credit is paid out. For this we need the IBAN number or the postal account number and the address of the account holder.
Returns process:

The return form must always be filled out completely and enclosed with the return.
For returns that arrive without a completed form, we will charge a processing fee of CHF 15.-
